Hydrostatic driven by 2-speed hydraulic motor into 4-speed epicyclic differential drive axle. This ensures straight tracking under all side loads and a single level controls the steering motor. D2-type track with 12 off bottom rollers and triple bar grousers at 22 wide. Optional rubber pads available. Ground pressure 6 psi (0.42 kg/cmē). |
Solid headshaft driven directly by 2 off 1000cc displacement radial piston motors at 0-260 rpm giving linear chain speed to 952 fpm (290 m/min). Split drive sprocket for easy replacement, hydraulic chain tensioning. Reactive plate and boom clamp, full depth crumber. Hydraulic controls for: boom steer, digging depth, vertical tilt. Digging depth is 0-96 (0-1.5m), widths from 8 (200mm) to 24 (610mm) with one cut via bolt-on digging plates. 310,000 psi tensile strength, 28 station digging chain. Kukla High-Life pick holders with double-retention, 0.875 diameter shank carbide tipped picks.
Arc-type driven by 2 off hydraulic motors, 18 (450mm) working width, 5 (1.5m) long. Fully adjustable for height, position, speed and direction. Optional truck loading conveyor available, fits left or right.
Hydraulic lift and lower trench cleaner to keep trench bottom clear. Fully adjustable.
